I can't figure out how to calculate given / find problems. I have "given" h(x)=14-2x2 / "find" h(-3)

You need to plug the value for 'x = - 3' into 'h(x)=14-2x^2'
h(-3) = 14 - 2*(-3)^2
h(-3) = 14 - 2*9
h(-3) = 14 - 18
h(-3) = - 4
