First we need to get rid of negative exponents so instead of: x^(-4) we write 1/x^4; instead of x^(-5) we write 1/x^5:

Next we multiply so what we get a double fraction:

This fraction is formed of two fractional expressions, one on top of the other.
We need to convert this complex fraction into a division problem:
