Form the graph you can read the y-intercept: (0, 8)
The slop on the other hand is: k = 4
Also, "y=4x+8" is the slope-intercept form of a linear equation, which is y=mx+b.
In this form, the value of m is the slope, and the value of b is the y-intercept.
So, the slope is 4 and the y-intercept is 8.
