What exactly do you need to solve for "x = -3". Do you need to graph "x=-3"? If yes, that select the "Graph" tab and type in "x = -3" to graph on a line:
If you want to graph "x = - 3" in a plane you'll need to put: "x=-3,y=0". This way you will get the following graph:
