Hi friends, It’s been a week now and I still can’t figure out how to solve a few math problems on sat math formula sheet . I have to finish this work by the end of next week. Can someone show me the way to get started? I need some help with radical expressions and perpendicular lines. Any sort of help will be appreciated. |

What exactly don't you understand about sat math formula sheet? I recall having difficulty with the same thing in Algebra 2, so I might be able to give you some suggestions on how to approach such problems. However if you want help with algebra on a long term basis, then you should buy Algebrator, that's what I did in my Pre Algebra, and I have to say it's amazing! It's less expensive than a tutor and you can count on it anytime you feel like. It's not hard to use it, even if you never ever had a similar program. I would advise you to purchase it as soon as you can and forget about getting a algebra teacher. You won't regret it! |

I didn’t know that Algebrator program yet but I heard from my classmates that it really does help in solving algebra problems. Since then, I noticed that my classmates don’t really have troubles solving some of the problems in class. It might really have been effective in improving their solving abilities in algebra. I am eager to use it someday because I believe it can be very useful and help me have a good mark in algebra. |

Wow! Do these types of software exist? That would really help me in doing my homework. Is (programName) available for free or do I need to purchase it? If yes, where can I download it from? |

A great piece of math software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar difficulties while solving cramer’s rule, linear algebra and adding numerators. Just by typing in the problem workbookand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework would be ready. I have used it through several algebra classes - Pre Algebra, Basic Math and College Algebra. I highly recommend the program. |

Thanks for the information. I have purchased the Algebrator from http://www.doyourmath.com/linear-equations-in-one-variable.html and I happened to read through quadratic equations yesterday. It is pretty cool and easily readable. I was impressed by the descriptive explanations offered on inverse matrices. Rather than being exam oriented, the Algebrator aims at educating you with the basics of Pre Algebra. The payment guarantee and the unbelievable discounts that they are currently offering makes the purchase particularly attractive. |
