Hi, can anyone please help me with my algebra homework? I am very poor in math and would be grateful if you could explain how to solve harcourt 8th grade pre-algebra problems. I also would like to find out if there is a good website which can help me prepare well for my upcoming math exam. Thank you!

What exactly don't you understand about harcourt 8th grade pre-algebra? I remember having problem with the same thing in Algebra 2, so I think I could try to give you some suggestions on how to handle such problems. However if you want help with math on a long term basis, then you should get Algebrator, that's what I did in my Algebra 2, and I have to say it's so cool! It's much cheaper than a tutor and you can work with it anytime you feel like. It's very easy to use it, even if you never ever tried a similar program. I would advise you to get it as soon as you can and forget about getting a algebra tutor. You won't regret it!

I completely agree, Algebrator is awesome! I am much better in math since I used it, and I have the best grades in the class! It helped me even with the most difficult math problems, like those on radical expressions or rational expressions. I definitely think you should give it a try .

I remember having difficulties with long division, quadratic formula and graphing function. Algebrator is a truly great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several algebra classes - College Algebra, Algebra 1 and Basic Math. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.

It’s amazing that a program can perform that. I didn’t expect something like that could really be helpful in math. I’m used to be taught by a tutor but this really sounds cool. Do you have any links for this program?

The software is a piece of cake. Just give it 15 minutes and you will be a pro at it. You can find the software here, http://www.doyourmath.com/monomial-factors.html.
