permutation and combination with problem and solutions?

I think God would have been in a really bad mood that he came up with something called math to trouble us! I’ve spent days trying to figure out a solution to this math problem which relates to permutation and combination with problem and solutions? and I still can’t crack it. I’m particularly stuck on sum of cubes, subtracting fractions and adding matrices. Can anyone show me the way on how to go about solving such problems? I’ve tried all ways that I could think of, but none helped. I need some urgent help now. Anybody?

Algebrator is rightly a good software program that helps to deal with algebra problems. I remember facing troubles with perfect square trinomial, solving a triangle and side-angle-side similarity.
