Holla guys and gals! Recently I hired a private tutor to guide me with some topics in math. My problem areas included topics such as linear motion f free falling and function composition. Now that instructor turned out to be such a waste, that instead of helping me now I’m even more confused than I earlier was. I still can’t crack problems on those topics. And the exam time is fast approaching. I need someone to help me out. Is there anything in particular that can be done to get some sort of help? I have a fairly large set of questions to help me learn these topics, but the problem is I just can’t solve them, no matter how much effort I put in. Please help! |

This story sounds familiar to me. Although I was great in math for several years, when I began Pre Algebra there were a lot of math topics that seemed so complicated. I remember I got a very bad grade when I took the exam on linear motion f free falling. Now I don't have this problem anymore, I can solve anything quite easily, even least common denominator and side-side-side similarity. I was smart that I didn't spend my money on a tutor, because I heard of Algebrator from a friend. I have been using it since then whenever I stumbled upon something difficult. |

It is good to know that you wish to improve your math and are taking efforts to do so. I think you should try Algebrator. This is not exactly a tutoring software but it provides solutions to math problems in a very descriptive manner. And the best thing about this product is that it is very user friendly. There are several demos given under various topics which are quite helpful to learn the subject. Try it and wish you good luck with math. |

A truly piece of algebra software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar problems while solving converting decimals, cramer’s rule and adding matrices. Just by typing in the problem workbookand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several math classes - Pre Algebra, College Algebra and College Algebra. I highly recommend the program. |
