dividing square root fractions

I think God would have been in a really bad mood that he came up with something called algebra to trouble us! I’ve spent hours trying to figure out a solution to this math problem which relates to dividing square root fractions and I still can’t crack it. I’m particularly having problems with unlike denominators, multiplying matrices and algebraic signs. Can anyone show me the way on how to go about solving such problems? I’ve tried various means that I could think of, but none helped. I need some urgent help now. Anybody?

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several math classes - Intermediate algebra, Algebra 1 and Pre Algebra. It is a really a great piece of math software. I remember of going through problems with graphing function, complex fractions and function definition. I would simply type in a problem homework, click on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework. I highly recommend the program.
