I have an assignment to submit tomorrow afternoon. But I’m stuck with problems based on discrete mathmatics workbook. I’m facing problems understanding side-side-side similarity and algebraic signs because I just can’t seem to figure out a way to crack problems based on them. I called my friends and I tried on the internet, but neither of those activities helped. I’m still trying but the time is short and I can’t seem to get a hang of it. Can somebody please show me the way? I really need some help from you guys for tomorrows assignment. Please do reply.

You really shouldn’t have wasted money on a private tutor. Had you posted this message before hiring a tutor, you could have saved yourself a lot of money! Anyway, what’s done is done. In order to make sure that you do well in your exams I would recommend using Algebrator. It’s a user-friendly software. It can solve the really tough ones for you, and what’s even cooler is the fact that it can even explain how to go about solving it! There used to be a time when even I was having difficulty understanding relations, midpoint of a line and graphing lines. But thanks to Algebrator, it’s all good now.

Hello, I am a mathematics professor. I use this program whenever I get stuck at any equation. Algebrator is undoubtedly a very handy software.

I am not trying to run away from my problems. I do admit that sleeping off is not a solution to it either. Please let me know where I can find this piece of software.

You can get it at http://www.doyourmath.com/factoring-expressions.html. Please do post your feedback here. It may help a lot of other novices as well.

I remember having difficulties with x-intercept, system of equations and perfect square trinomial. Algebrator is a really great piece of math software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Algebra 1, College Algebra and Intermediate algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
