Hello all! I am a beginner at solving equations for a specified variable and am just about to go nuts. My grades are slipping and I just never seem to understand this topic. Help me friends!

That's true, a good program can do miracles . I tried a few but Algebrator is the best. It doesn't make a difference what class you are in, I myself used it in College Algebra and Remedial Algebra as well, so you don't have to worry that it's not on your level. If you never had a software until now I can assure you it's not hard, you don't have to know much about the computer to use it. You just have to type in the keywords of the exercise, and then the program solves it step by step, so you get more than just the answer.
