I'm just thinking if anyone can give me a few tips here so that I can understand the basics of how to fing lcm. I find solving problems really difficult. I work in the evening and thus have no time left to take extra tutoring. Can you guys suggest any online resource that can assist me with this subject?

Extra classes are no better than taking your daily classes. If you have a doubt, you need to makes an effort to remove it. I would not suggest tutoring, but would ask you to try Algebrator. It will surely solve your query concerning how to fing lcm to a large extent.

I agree, resources on the internet are no better than the course books. Algebrator is a good way to start your math career.

I remember having often faced difficulties with simplifying fractions, relations and conversion of units. A truly great piece of algebra program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem homework a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many algebra classes – Algebra 2, Pre Algebra and Algebra 2. I greatly recommend the program.

Hey Friends, I had a chance to check out Algebrator offered at http://www.doyourmath.com/solving-quadratic-equations-by-factoring.html this morning. I am really very grateful to you all for pointing me to Algebrator. The big formula list and the detailed explanations on the fundamentals offered there were really understandable. I have finished and turned in my assignment on complex fractions and this was all possible only with the help of the Algebrator that I bought based on your advice here. Thanks a lot.
