first order differential equation solver

Hi math wizards! I require some guidance to solve this first order differential equation solver which I’m unable to do on my own. My homework assignment is due and I need help to work on inequalities, distance of points and long division . I’m also thinking of hiring a math tutor but they are very costly. So I would be very much grateful if you can extend some help in solving the problem.
