calculating square root using factor trees

I have a problem with my math that calls for immediate solution. The problem is with calculating square root using factor trees. I have been on the look out for someone who can tutor me right away as my exam is fast approaching. But it's not easy to find somebody quick enough besides it being costly. Can anybody guide me? It will be a great help.
