My math grades are poor and I have decided to do something about it. I am looking for some software that will allow me to enter a question and offers detailed step by step solution; basically it must walk me through the entire thing. I really hope to improve my grades so please help me out.

Do you want to get the fundamentals and solve your math questions by yourself or do you want a software that would offer you a line by line answer for your math assignments?

I was able to get answers to difficulties I had about reducing fractions, graphing function and x-intercept. You simply type in a problem, click on Solve and you get the all the answers you need. You can use it for any number of things, like Intermediate algebra, College Algebra and Algebra 2. I would highly recommend Algebrator.

How and where can I acquire other information for trying Algebrator? Excuse me for sounding a tad bit doubtful, but do either of you think if I can receive a test version to apply this?

I would advice you to try it at least once. All it takes is thirty minutes to get familiar to the software.
